• Current market analysis for their area
• Walk through of their property with suggestions on the what needs to be done
• Staging information when needed, and names of service providers for any improvements or repairs needed. I will show up if the client is busy or cannot make an appointment
• I believe in open houses and will schedule public and agent open houses
• I have many ideas for marketing my properties and I am always happy to discuss them with my sellers.

Working With Buyers

• I learn a lot about what the buyer does and does not like from showing them property myself
• I have a lot of experience with first time buyers. This includes guiding them through the entire purchase process from financing through closing.
• When people relocate to St. Louis they enjoy working with me because of my knowledge of the area as well as my expertise in school districts and the opportunities for families in the St. Louis area.
